The set of managed plots is almost 500 hectares, it is concentrated in a single cadastral area of Skubice and it surrounds the village of Suš. Since 2014, a modern farm has been intensively built on the ruins of the livestock complex from the 1960s. The original completely unsatisfactory facilities were already largely repaired from their own resources. With the contribution of the RDP of the European Union, one of the silage troughs was also covered, creating a generous space for storing fodder for farmed cattle.
On two pasture areas with an area of about 150 hectares are bovine animals. As the stallions are in the herd (sucked of) rustic bulls Limousine. The mothers of the basic herd are mostly crossbreeds, which, thanks to the heterogeneous effect, better manage the demanding conditions given by the altitude. The farm does not have the conditions for growing intensive crops, therefore it only deals with the production of high-quality cattle pledging.
